E-Track: 0.105" thick galvanized rectangular cutout steel cargo track; available in horizontal and vertical orientations. 43,000 lb./sq.in. holding capacity (K4).
F-track: 0.74" thick galvanized round cutout steel cargo track; available with 3/4" and 1" hole dia. 43,000 lb./sq.in. holding capacity (K4).
Trivan 10ga F-Track: custom-built heavy-duty cargo track, equipped with round cutouts and made of galvanized steel; used for bottle trucks.
Combination E/F-Track: - 16' Ratchet Strap: polyester web cargo straps; available for either E/F-type cargo tracks.
Tarp Strap: extruded aluminum section that is ideal for tying down light freight; standard feature on cutoff vans.
Rope Ring Tie Down: zinc plated recessed steel cup with a beveled plastic ring for surface mounting on the walls of the vehicle body.

Rope Ring 170 ZC: a zinc-plated heavy-duty rope ring that is installed in the floor in order to tie down cargo.
Catwalk: a popular option on reefer-equipped units; catwalks are bolted on over the cab of the truck and allow for access to the reefer unit. Flip down steps on the driver's side front provide for a way to get up onto the catwalk. Please note that at this time, catwalks can only be installed on vehicles that are equipped with a rain gutter.
Clearance Lights: all Trivan units are equipped with D.O.T. approved clearance lights in accordance with federal lighting equipment location requirements.
"Code 3" Rescue Lighting: emergency and service vehicles often require special lighting packages; Trivan's association with "Code 3" allows us to bring in a huge variety of warning lights and sirens, meaning that your unit can be custom-fitted with vehicle lighting that meets your specifications.
Compressor (V-Mac): a popular option with service truck operators, the V-Mac VR7000 compact rotary screw compressor is a compact underhood air compressor that can deliver up to 70 CFM at 125 psi. The unit is lightweight (approx. 70 lbs., including the mounting bracket) and is available for all popular light and medium duty trucks.
Conspicuity Tape: all trailers and full-size units are marked with conspicuity tape in accordance with federal lighting equipment location requirements.
Couplers:
A-Frame Coupler: available with a variety of latch mechanisms for 2" and 2 5/16" ball sizes.
Ball Mount (retractable):
Drawbar 2-1/2" Holland: square mount draw bars with a flat back to allow for easy mounting on the hitch plate.
Gooseneck Coupler: available with or without tube stem, adjustable or non-adjustable for 2 5/16" or 3" ball sizes.
Hitch Receiver: a 12" receiver tube for 2" square hitch bars.

Pintle T60AOL: popular in construction and industrial areas, these pintle hooks can be used when towing light to medium weight trailers.
Cross-members: the part of a vehicle's sub-frame that supports the flooring. Cutoff vans are built with 2x2x0.125HSS (steel tube) cross-members while freight vans have steel 3' Jr. I-beam cross-members.
Curtainside: a type of vehicle body that has sliding side wall curtains rather than solid fixed walls. Trivan installs Aero-Kit side curtain systems constructed from 28oz. pvc tension fabric. All curtains are custom-manufactured to meet size and application specifications.
Cutoff Van or Cutaway: the common name for a Trivan unit that consists of a vehicle body mounted onto an open-backed chassis. In many cases, cutoff vans allow access from the cab into the vehicle body via a 26" wide opening through the bulkhead wall; however, a solid bulkhead wall is also an option.
