Hardwood Floorboards: 12” laminated hardwood flooring; 1-1/8" Malaysian Apitong

Handles:
- Recessed Handles:
· Non-locking stainless steel D-handles; ideal for interior compartments (A09).



· Folding stainless steel recessed T-handles; used for compartments and toolboxes (A11).



- Interior Handles: chrome-plated zinc die cast L-handles for 5/16” square shank; used with sliding bulkhead door (A12).



- Grab Handles: convenient handles that can be mounted anywhere you might just want a little extra hand up. They are generally fitted to the exterior corners of the vehicle body to act as a handgrip for operators climbing up to deck level. Grab handles are available in a variety of sizes and materials, common options include zinc-plated, chrome-plated, aluminum, and stainless steel (A13).



- Grab Rail Kit (1’/2’/4’ Tube): an anti-slip grab rail for fire trucks, ambulances, rescue units, heavy trucks, sleeping cabins, etc. 1-1/4” dia. Anodized heavy aluminum extrusion with full length black rubber inserts allowing for better grip and security. Inserts into specially keyed stanchions to prevent tube rotation and to eliminate lock screws on top of support (A15).

Heaters:
- E18T Catalytic Cargo Heater: freight heater, can not be used for people or livestock.
- Everest Front Displacement: propane heater, no ducting, max. 20,000 BTU.
- Excaliber 8935 120: ducted propane heater, max 30,000 BTU.
- Hunter Wall Mount: direct-vent mobile-home style propane wall furnace.
- Squirrel cage: 40,000 BTU glycol heater.
- Wall-insert 1500W: 110V typical living quarters heater.

Hinges
- Centaflex: a flexible membrane consisting of a blend of polyester elastomers that combines strength, light weight and flexibility. This hinge has excellent flex-life in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 50°C (-40°F to 122°F) and is corrosion resistant and ultraviolet light stabilized. This system prevents water from coming through the hinge and dripping into a compartment when the door is open.

- 5” Trivan hinge: a square stainless steel strap hinge primarily used for doors in smaller openings (i.e. man doors and toolbox compartment doors).

- 3” Trivan hinge: a smaller square stainless steel strap hinge primarily used for interior cabinetry.

- Minor hinge: a full-size (4”x8-1/2”) hinge used for large doors that require a 270° opening radius. This type of hinge is ideal for full-swing rear cargo doors (i.e. 4’ wide x 8’ high).

Huckbolt: the common name for a zinc-plated 3/16” Avdelok rivet. Huckbolts are heavy-duty, vibration-resistant fasteners which requires a special tool for crimping a 3/16” Avdel collar onto the ribbed shank (requires access from the rear). This fastener is an important part of Trivan’s build process; it is used to secure body trim, rub rails, roof edge, roof skin, and other features such as air deflectors and doorhold backs.
