P
Pallet Stop: also known as a forklift plate, a pallet stop is a 6” wide piece of 1/4” steel plate welded across the front edge of the frame perimeter to protect the front wall of the unit from impact damage due to freight loading.
Placard Holder: an external pocket used to hold and display dangerous goods signs on the outside of a vehicle body. Placard holders are required by law for the transportation of certain freight (J17).

Profile: all Trivan units with a full-size rear door or a rear roll up door utilize a steel rear profile for additional strength. The profile is constructed from either 10ga or 12ga satincoat or galvanized steel depending on the size of the unit and the application of the vehicle. A 10ga material thickness is strongly recommended for full-size freight vans or units that operate over rough terrain.
- Uprights: formed steel sections that both support the profile header and serve as the rear posts of the vehicle body. The rear wall panels are fastened to the uprights and on units with a rail-lift, the uprights are the primary mounting surface for the rail-lift.

- Header: a formed steel section made to the width of the rear opening and mounted at the top of the rear wall. The rear roof-edge section is fastened to the header, which also acts as a sturdy mounting surface for any hardware that needs to be installed (i.e. clearance lights; balancer for a roll up door; cam lock catches, etc).
